The new Port of Igoumenitsa is located in the southern side of land harbour area, outside from the urban city and near to the Ladohori village.
It occupies total extent of 210 acres from which 130 acres concern harbour space, while the 80 acres have been attributed for road construction, parking areas for cars and lorries, supply installations etc.
The new Port will allocate 5 areas of mooring ships with internal and abroad itineraries, 12 mooring places with possibility of simultaneous service up to 7 ships and adequate land spaces.
